The under representation and under preparedness of Latinos in technology will have a devastating effect on the future of our state and our community. We are compelled to take action.

We, at LTA, are resolved in our dedication to help Latinos follow the road to prosperity through science and technology. But we cannot do it alone, and seek to form alliances to address the opportunities for change.

Together we can combat poor educational performance, increase interest and employment opportunities in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields, and assist entrepreneurs in starting or advancing businesses in technology.
